Who we are

IB Systems is a UK-based management consultancy which provides digital transformation solutions and services to organisations in both the public and private sectors. We have offices in London and Edinburgh and a near-shore development facility in Moscow. We began our journey over a decade ago and have grown due to the skill of our people, the quality of our offerings and above all the excellent relationships we have with our clients.

As a management consultancy which focuses on digital transformation our mission is to help our clients to realise their strategic goals through business process and organisational change, supported where necessary by the adoption of appropriate tools and technologies.

Experience has taught us that the adoption of technology alone rarely delivers the expected results and for that reason our approach is driven by business considerations rather than technical capabilities. Our starting point for any transformation is a solid foundation based on strategy and fundamentals underpinned by proven and stable technologies.
